- Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old.

- Submit a 1–3 minute video based on the official theme.
- The video must be original content created by the applicant.
- No AI-generated images or videos are permitted.
- Videos must be submitted in .mp4 format.
- Videos can be created in any language.
- Non-English videos must include English closed captions.
- Videos must be produced in landscape (horizontal) format.
Video Requirements
- Video length must be between 1 and 3 minutes.
- File format must be .mp4.
- Audio, visuals, and subtitles must be combined into a single file.
- Videos may be submitted in any language.
- English closed captions are required for non-English videos.
